FoundF1rst Shipping Policy

FoundF1rst offers a curated selection of vintage and pre-loved apparel (the “Services”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Occasionally, high order volume or extra quality checks may cause a slight delay. We’ll email you if this happens.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times after processing:

    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily ship with USPS or UPS, depending on order size and destination.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • FoundF1rst isn’t responsible for delays after the package is shipped, but we’ll help track it and resolve issues whenever possible.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. Delivery times vary based on location and customs.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

  • FoundF1rst isn’t responsible for customs delays or packages refused due to unpaid import fees.

  • Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, email us at foundfirstvintage@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We’re not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to help.

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier first.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping info.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

  • Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Preorders & Special Items

  • Preorder or limited-release items will list an estimated ship date in the product description.

  • Orders with preorder items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
